They said they would fully refund us but have NOT and to call a number get help with rebooking. When I called the number it just rang and then disconnected. "Alabaster is a true five-star property—an absolutely beautiful home in an equally beautiful location. The house was exceptionally well stocked and well cared for, with daily cleaning service.The pool is fantastic, though it was hard to pull ourselves away from the incredible beach and 82-degree water just steps away. The location is ideal, with a quick walk to the convenience store and a great outdoor bar.Lisa provided excellent information about the home as well as nearby activities and dining options. The entire family was happy—and no one complained about my morning runs to Bread and Butter.Thank you for sharing your home with us. We would absolutely love to come back."
