"Best birthday vacation ever "

"Great place to stay. Clean, quiet, great view. We had a large studio with a kitchenette. It was perfect. Nice large bathroom too. We were there during shoulder season and the price was fantastic. The pool is huge and was very clean. We pretty much had it to ourselves. It's a few flights of stairs down to the pool, or you can drive. A flight of stairs down from the office and a short walk around the JW Marriott and you're at the beach. I would say you probably want to rent a car as most things besides the beach and Marriott aren't really walkable. Still, we had a great time here and would definitely go back."

"An absolutely beautiful place to stay, I would definitely come back again! Property has everything you need (refrigerator, microwave, plates, silverware, glasses, air conditioning, outdoor BBQ, outdoor lawn chairs on the wonderful large secluded patio). Pool is a nice relaxing feature after a long day at the multiple amazing beaches. Didn’t feel crowded at all. Very nice bistro/convenience store (Bread and Butter) 2 min walk away with fabulous breakfast, wine, things for a beach trip. Best food I had on the island at BZH, also right down the road. Claude was a fantastic host, made sure everything was perfect. Just so you know you will need a car to get to Les Balcons d'Oyster Pond, it is a bit hilly and there are some stairs. But I felt safe the entire time (traveled with my wife and two teenage daughters). WiFi worked real well, nice signage to see the property, also included some gated free parking. I would definitely return and stay again here, can’t recommend enough! Thank you Claude, 5 stars!"

"I liked spacious dinning room and huge veranda with beautiful sea and hills view, kitchen, room furnishing, mini-hotel architecture . I would like to have a mosquito net on bedroom window. "

"From the moment we walked out of the airport everything was amazing. The resort had transportation waiting for us. There was no real check-in like most resorts, the taxi driver walked us right to our villa and vacation began. On this trip we chose not to rent a car so we hired Claudette Fritz to take us everywhere we wanted to go which was much cheaper than car rental. The house was amazing to say the least. The pool was very well kept and only a couple steps from the beautiful white sand. We will be staying here again."

"We stayed at Villa Valhalla with our 3 teenage kids and another family of 4. The house was beautiful, clean, well stocked with stunning views! Plenty of room for us all. It’s located in a safe and quiet neighborhood overlooking Dawn Beach. Everything was as stated from the website, except the kitchen has been updated and looks great. We had excellent communication before and during the trip. We were able to walk to the beach, and had dinner at the new JW Marriott. It was nice to have a close option on a night we didn’t want to drive or cook. We have nothing but great things to say about everyone who helps care for the home, all so pleasant to talk to. They were very accommodating to us. We have stayed on the island before and did feel this was a nice location, split between the French and Dutch side so other than the airport, most restaurants and beaches we wanted to visit were no more than 20 minutes from us by car. We personally love renting a car to see the whole island on our vacations. We also love a nice, quiet spot to come back to each evening and thoroughly enjoyed our time at the house, using the pool and hot tub all week. You won’t be disappointed with this house, would definitely recommend!"

"First time at this property - it did not disappoint. This was our first time back in St Martin since the 2017 hurricane. We loved every minute of our 10 day stay. The villa was clean, well appointed (everything you need if you’re cooking). The property manager (Maryse) met us on arrival to provide keys, briefing etc. she was always available to answer any questions :) I would recommend this villa"

"We stayed in the "penthouse" villa, which was fantastic. Clean, modern, well-appointed, large. Great housekeeping, friendly staff, convenient amenities. The area itself is a bit away from things so you have to want that, which we did."
