"Room type: Island view room 1055 ( quite literally The most gorgeous view) - The palms grill/ cantina (bar/grill & at night a Mexican restaurant) - La fortuna (Italian restaurant) - Jings kitchen ( must be a sonesto guest to dine & closed on Saturdays if you go on Sunday’s go early!!) - Great beaches to see the planes (Maho beach) - We lounge - great vibes and great music , slow service, was almost up-charged for different things we never ordered, Naomi fixed it right away and charged correctly. - Can book excursions in lobby (Nexus tour) - Maho Cafe (can make your own coffee) - Taxis right out from if you need - Oasis snack bar open from 2pm- 6pm (about 15-20 minute wait) - The service is slow everywhere you go, so if you’re hungry go right away, the staff they seemed overwhelmed and a bit understaffed. Which I understand their reaction, however if these restaurants had more staff they can work a bit efficiently. This is not their fault but managements. Hire more people. Also guest be polite and patient. -There will be vendors on the beach offering services like massages on the beach, hair braiding, selling bracelets etc. they won’t haggle you just politely decline and they’ll leave you alone. Waitress- Sharina, absolutely amazing and had amazing energy, always kept a smile on her face despite the chaos! Anguilla Getaway - Rum rush boat Captains - Sammy & Junior Atv - Marco, iguana feeding, explore Saint Martin (french side) nude beach etc"

"Anyone's Happy Place! The condo is decorated beautifully, sits right on the beach and offers a quiet residential setting (versus being a party spot). Titi was very attentative and passed on great information about Marigot and the island in general. Lots to do (and eat) in Marigot. Don't miss Chez Vinettes for a meal."

"The property is absolutely fantastic, the pictures do not do it justice. If you want a quiet, calm relaxing vacation, this is the spot. Sitting on the deck early in the morning or late into the night listening to the waves rolling in is so calming and relaxing. My wife did mediation every morning on the water's edge, and said it was one of the best experiences. The unit was spotless when we arrived and offers everything you would need to make your stay comfortable. It is very well equipped; we didn't want for anything. The direct access to the beach and water is amazing and the swimming pool also has its benefits. It is conveniently located to grocery stores and restaurants, all within walking distance. I highly recommend visiting Mezza Luna (Italian Restaurant) next door to the complex, it is great for lunch, dinner or afternoon cocktails. If you want a romantic night out, check out La Cigale (French Restaurant) is just a 5-minute walk away, it offers great food and a table along the water's edge where you can sit and watch the sunset. Marie, the host is extremely friendly and accommodating, she is very welcoming and has lots of helpful ideas to help make the most of your vacation. Thank you, Marie, for everything and we will see you next year!! If you really want to top of the vacation, we wrapped ours up with couples' sunset message on the beach. I really can't say enough about this unit, the only regret you will have is not booking it."
