"This was our first stay in Saint Martin. It was just one night, as we were going on a 7 day catamaran trip. The property was very nice, sandy beach with palm trees on the water side along with a large Tiki style restaurant. We really enjoyed the atmosphere, food and accommodations. The staff were friendly and helpful!"

"This was absolutely awesome. Beautiful beach, and I couldn’t get enough of the view. Great restaurants were just a couple minutes walk away. Stores nearby too. This property definitely did not disappoint and St. Maarten may just be a place we come back to over and over again. Brad Weaver. "

"We had a lovely stay. Communication with Jade was always quick, helpful and friendly.We did need to purchase glasses for cocktails as well as wine glasses given that there were no drinking glasses and we found the wine glasses supplied to be too small. This in no way reflected badly on our stay."

"The address i had was actually a restaurant. The contact person Eric was nowhere to be found. I waited until 4pm and left. "

"The view of the beach was lovely. The kitchen has a flat top stove and a microwave but no oven. The restaurant on site is excellent. Check-in was easy. Jade was wonderful!"
