I loved everything about this property---the staff, location, facility, restaurants, coffee shop, and spa. The Spa was excellent and Idelis (?) was great. The lady who maintains the spa was also lovely.

Property was clean and up to date. Restaurants and a coffee shop available on site. We were warned about the seaweed issue but it was very bad. Beach was unusable due to seaweed and surf was much rougher on this side of the island.

Great hotel on the southeast side of the island on the Dutch side. Beautiful property and beach. Highly recommend staying here if you can. Suggest you have a rental car if you want to enjoy dining and evening activities.

Friendly staff, Arnoldo (mgr) was very helpful in getting us to the property. We were at another location, we did not like and he sent transportation to get to JW, Janis ( front desk) made check-in super easy Hadassuh was very helpful with reservations etc. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Overall, we had a great stay! The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the food/drinks were excellent. The only downside was the seaweed on the beach (Sargassum). It brought a strong fishy odor that made it difficult to enjoy the pool area, and the beach itself was covered in large piles of seaweed, making it inaccessible. While we still made use of the pool since we had paid for the experience, the seaweed did detract from the overall enjoyment a bit. We got notice about the seaweed 2 days before the trip from the resort and they gave options for others beaches in the area, which we went to. Before booking, do research on the time of year you are going to avoid Sargassum (piling of seaweed)
