"This hotel was a nice stay. It was clean, however there were a few ants in the bathroom which is near the entrance of the room. The room was spacious. It had two tv's which i don't typically see at hotels. The bed was comfortable. I wish they would have had ice and a few complimentary drinks in the fridge . The views from the balcony were breath taking and beautiful. The grounds of the hotel were beautiful and well kept. The beach was very enjoyable. They also have a restaurant on the grounds as well and also in walking distance. The hotel is also near nightlife which you can walk to. Which is great. The staff were also very helpful . There is no smoking on the premises but they have a specific area where you can smoke , The Jacuzzi and pool were great. They were not to busy which was great. Parking was tight sometimes. I felt safe as you have to pass a guard at the gate to get onto the hotel grounds. It was a great time with the ladies and we will be back."

"We stayed at this resort the last week in October. We are a family of four and stayed in a villa suite with two Murphy beds and a separate bedroom. (3rd floor) The rooms were spacious, the balcony was huge with two separate sitting areas. The staff from front desk to housing keeping were so kind and helpful. There were many pools to choose from, the beach area was great. The beach bar was so much fun. Ziggy was great. La Patrona for morning breakfast was fantastic, the hostess was so sweet. (I forgot her name, but she needs to be recognized). The location of resort is very convenient to restaurants and supermarkets, there's even a burger King right down the hill. We even booked a day sightseeing tour ( not through hotel) but the driver picked us up from the lobby. We truly loved our stay and if we ever go back we will book Simpson Bay again!"

"The location is great. The room we booked met our expectations. Intimate,clean and homely. Love the expansive balcony ,this contributed to a wonderful experience The staff. OMG !!! They are all amazing!. On day one I was greeted by a bubble young lady.... LATOYA. We were greeted by name. Awesome. ! She provided great information. Then I was greeted with a nice welcome note on my bed pillow , courtesy of SHANAY. thank you Shanay. We met ALEXIA as well, just a charming young lady. So helpful. A big shout out to Christina, who serviced our room on the daily. Awesome experience. This is now our go to place whenever we decide to visit in the future.....and believe me we will. Love St. Maarten."
