"Great, clean sleek room! It's a 2-3 walk from the nearest station, and only a 1 ride away from Namba station. It's in a nice, quiet area, and the room is comfortable and cozy. Very pretty property too. I had to arrive after 11pm, and the staff was accommodating and waited for me and my friend's arrival! I appreciated that a lot. "Amazing apartment just a short walk away from Ebisucho Metro, and next to Shinsekai Market. There are a couple of convenience stores nearby, and there is a Tamade Supermarket just across the road! We love that the hotel have an infant crib, induction stove, washing machine and housekeeping! It is just like living in an apartment with someone cleaning up for you. Very kids-friendly, and we would highly recommend this hotel to families who want to tour Osaka! "

"A superb hotel with luxurious features (common and private parts) and English-speaking receptionists (other staff: not so much). Located between the core centres of Osaka Namba and Umeda, its high rise and rooftop hot baths offer sublime views of the city. All amenities and equipment are top notch. The breakfast buffet looked a tad simple for a hotel that size, but quality is adequate."
