Really great experience and property. Very friendly staff and the room was huge but we did book the grand room. Location was excellent with two stations nearby that can take you to Dotonbori or Shinsaibashi as well as others of course. Will definitely stay here again if i come back to Osaka.

Osaka Castle bedroom was awesome, we liked having the swivel TV so we can watch from bed & relax. Don’t mind bed was made perfectly but we accidentally messed it up before we took the picture.

Wonderful stay! The staff were so amazingly helpful and friendly. Very quiet Very spacious rooms. Appreciated the storage space in the room and the in room washer/ dryer was a huge plus.
