Really great experience and property. Very friendly staff and the room was huge but we did book the grand room. Location was excellent with two stations nearby that can take you to Dotonbori or Shinsaibashi as well as others of course. Will definitely stay here again if i come back to Osaka.

Wonderful stay! The staff were so amazingly helpful and friendly. Very quiet Very spacious rooms. Appreciated the storage space in the room and the in room washer/ dryer was a huge plus. Bathroom toiletries were very luxurious Close walk to metro station and to the Dotomb Would definitely return again

This was a great place to stay for a stop over to catch up on laundry and reorganise! The hotel was close to a subway and 10mins to a suitcase forwarding service (reception only forward to airports). It was clean, roomy and the washer/dryer a life saver for staying fresh 😁

We loved staying here. Beds were soft and room was quite large with a sofa and small kitchen area. Washer/dryer combo in room with laundry detergent available at the front desk for no charge. Close to Glico sign and area shopping, within a 10 minute walk. Close to metro too so easy to get around. We would definitely stay here again!
