"We were upgraded to a villa and it was spectacular. Clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were very friendly, especially the restaurant staff. Ngoc Khang and Tra My often welcomed us at the restaurant and their smiles and great service truly elevated the experience. We also can’t say enough about the spa. Having unlimited access makes staying at the Blossom a no brainer."

"Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We had great difficulties getting through to Vietnam Airlines Reservations after they had a schedule change that would delay our flight from Da Nang to Hanoi. Reception staff Hoai Nhu and Ngoc Cuong stepped in to help us contact the Airline. Everyone’s patience paid off & we were finally able to change our flight to an earlier one ensuring we continue on the original plan in Hanoi. Their service was truly above and beyond. "

"I absolutely cannot rate this hotel enough. From the moment I arrived, along with during my entire stay, I was treated with the upmost respect and courtesy any guest could ask for. All staff were remarkable but 3 in particular. I am eternally grateful to Mai Trang, Huy and Cam. My stay mattered and these 3 went above and beyond to demonstrate this. The hotel should value and cherish their approach to customer service. The food in the restaurant was delicious and again, the staff were very respectful. The bartender who made my night cap (old fashion cocktail) was also very friendly and attentive. The room was spacious and comfortable and the view of the river from my room was awesome. My stay here will be in my thoughts for a long time to come. Thank you so much."
