"Clean place and great location. The staff were fantastic. The provided gifts as there is a little construction in the area and lobby. Once all the work is done, this location is ideal for solo travellers and couples"

"Katie was really good. She contacted me two weeks before we flew which gives me at ease. As soon as we arrived, she was there waiting for us. I only gave it 4 star because we clearly say we are 6 people but the apartment has only 2 queen size so other person has to sleep in the couch."

"A wonderful hotel with breathtaking views of the ocean, beautiful beaches, and lush green hills stretching along the bay. The scenery alone makes the stay truly special, but what really sets this hotel apart is its incredible staff. Everyone was exceptionally hospitable, welcoming, and genuinely caring, always going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. A special thank you to Anna and Fiona for their outstanding hospitality. Highly recommended for the beautiful setting, but even more so for the wonderful people who make this hotel what it is."
"The property is very big and spacious with several buildings and open grounds and gardens, a large pool and its own spa. The breakfast buffet was great with so many local and continental options to choose from.
The room was clean and had all the amenities but everything is just a little run down. The property could definitely use a renovation to be up to the 4-star standards it claims to offer. We had a few other issues: the curtains did not close completely nor was their material blackout, so light did pour into the room at sunrise. Also the street is very noisy in the mornings since there is a school nearby and we woke up every morning to the sound of screaming children. Likewise, the corridors within the hotel echo loudly so we could hear everyone passing by outside our room. Some sound-proofing is definitely needed for the rooms.
Despite these drawbacks the hotel’s location is great. It’s on a less busy street just outside of the Old Town (a much calmer area than near the river!!). Accessible to cars (since some streets are pedestrian only which is very inconvenient with luggage). Right next to the Hoi An museum. Walking distance to Old Town and the sites to be seen there. Nearby custom-making tailors and leather-workers. Overall, the property is nice but with a little renovation it has the potential to be absolutely wonderful."
"Good location right on beach. Lovely infinity pool on rooftop, beautiful view of the beach below. Rooms were adequately sized with all the amenities required for a short stay. My room has a planter above with the beautiful Beach naupaka plant hanging from above makes lovely viewing out the windows, though cleaning could have been better. There was a plaster stuck on the floor. Rate came with buffet breakfast with an egg and noodle station which was great cos I love hot food. No Vietnamese coffee on offer though. Hotel also provides complimentary afternoon tea and water and coke in the room which is a nice touch. Getting a late check out was kind of impossible with the hotel, but I still had a great stay at the M Hotel. Overall great value for price paid."
"This hotel was a very pleasant surprise. We were in Hanoi and thought it would be a nice change of pace to visit Da Nang. Picked this hotel based on Expedia reviews which to me are critical. We had an ocean view room and were treated with two spectacular sunrises. Staff and food was top notch. Definitely will go back."
