"Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We had great difficulties getting through to Vietnam Airlines Reservations after they had a schedule change that would delay our flight from Da Nang to Hanoi. Reception staff Hoai Nhu and Ngoc Cuong stepped in to help us contact the Airline. Everyone’s patience paid off & we were finally able to change our flight to an earlier one ensuring we continue on the original plan in Hanoi. Their service was truly above and beyond. "
