"This hotel was reasonably priced so my expectations were not high. This hotel has over 1000 rooms and is the hotel where a bus load or 2 drop off 100 people at one go. There is nothing wrong with that but it was full of children on school trips. It can get very noisy. I booked a 2 nights stay. The room given to us was a family room 1 double and 1 single. The room was tatty. The bathroom door would not shut as the door was too big! The beds were comfortable and the pillows were nice. The bed linen was good too. Unfortunately, a very disturbing mouldy smell was lurking in the corner by the double bed. It was bad. I decided to ask if it was possible for us to be moved to another room for our second night. It was that bad. The lady who helped us could not be nicer. In fact, all the staff at this hotel were so pleasant and nice. Anyway, we were moved to a double room to their slightly posher bit called City Sleeper. The room was a bit smaller but much smarter and very clean. She also gave us a free breakfast. The way she handled my complaint was very professional and on the nicest manner. Would I stay here again? Probably not. It is too big and hundreds of school children is annoying! Just a suggestion, in case the hotel does read this. Put somewhere to sit in the foyer. Not a chair in sight! ( But the porter did go fetch 2 chairs for us to sit while we waited, which was very nice) I just think there should be chairs already there."

Zedwell Piccadilly Circus

"1. The shower drained poorly not because of a clog but due to poor design. 2. There were no phones to call the front desk, and our AT&T phones had no service, so you have to physically go to the lobby. 3. If you arrive early, they want to CHARGE you for luggage storage Per BAG! Wow.... 4. Beauty Rooms: Two of the four hairdryers were broken, and there were no hair straighteners as advertised. Never Again May 2026"

Park Plaza London Riverbank

"Just ok, needs some updates in the room with plumbing and bed linens, lumpy pillows and fitted sheets and mattress pad didn’t fit the mattress so always coming off. Bathroom had leaks from the shower so the floor was always flooded and the tub drain was gurgling loudly the entire stay. Good location but for the price I’d opt for more central next time"

"5th time staying here. Great as always. Clean, tidy and well serviced. Used both bars which were excellent and the restaurant which, while it could do with a menu refresh, was perfectly adequate."

"Great hotel near The London Eye. Easy walk to train station and restaurants. Good bar with food options. Comfy beds and rooms were a good size. Easy check in. Would stay here again"

Point A London Kings Cross - St Pancras

"Everything is perfect with this hotel except for the blackout curtains. We were giving a room on the first floor closer to street lights and traffic which made it hard to sleep with all the lights and noise."

"It took over 30 minutes to check in and no clear information was given to us regarding the app which we found out on our second stay is needed to ask for more toilet roll or for our room to be cleaned. Reception staff appeared very understaffed and always seemed to be run off their feet. The staff in the restaurant were unable to provide clear information regarding allergies for my son with a peanut allergy or provide and alternative option which was very concerning and caused a good deal of stress"
