"Beautiful and clean apartment! This was the perfect space for our family of five. Matilda was a wonderful host, and she was very thorough with communication. From the minute we walked in, everything looked so clean and organized. The apartment had everything we needed- it was very spacious and had comfortable beds for our entire family. After a long day walking around Florence it was a perfect place to come back to (and had the best air conditioning!) We hope to come back again and stay here!"

"The apartment is completely remodeled and very clean. The host provides an ironing board, iron, pans, cups, basically all the basic necessities. There is a washer but keep in mind that it is shared with the other unit the host has next door. The apartment is in a good location, only about a 20 minute walk to the city center and even less to amazing restaurants. "This is in objective review with the good and the bad. Good: 1. great location with tram really close; about 2 minutes walk from the property. 2. Really clean and comfortable space. 3.Air conditioning works well. Bad: 1. The bed mattress is really hard, like sleeping on top of a wooden floor. 2.
