The location is excellent, really can’t be beat. But the rooms are very loud making it hard to sleep. Our room was above a cafe that has techno music playing until late. The rooms are unique and have a nice kitchenette but the bathrooms are very small (only one person) and the shower had some mold.

This is an apartment not really a hotel. Not many services however I think it’s the best location in Florence. I had an amazing view to Piazza Signora. Loved to walk around and felt safe at night.
