Excellent place and location. We had an oversized room with a lovely view of the canal. Highly recommended! No parking onsite but they have a company that comes an pick up the car for $40 euros a night and will bring your car back when you need it.

We got a very comfortable room with nice air conditioning, queen size bed, clean restroom and a fair size shower. The hostess gave us a local bottle of wine. Super nice welcome. The property very well located and easy access to the room.

La Torre Del Cestello was in a lovely location. The air conditioning worked amazingly. The hosts were kind and helpful, the bed was comfortable, and the cleaners were great. Unfortunately, the waterfall shower made an extremely load jackhammering sound when we tried to use it, and the Wi-Fi was so unreliable we had to rely on using our data. The TV was not a smart TV, which is fine, but the channels available had a bad signal and were very pixelated. Overall, we had a good stay, but the amenities left something to be desired.

We had a wonderful 3 night stay here. The room was spacious with beautiful views overlooking the Arno river. The air conditioning worked very well in the room and was much appreciated during a heat wave in August. The location could not be beat. It is away from the major crowds, but still surrounded by amazing shops, restaurants, and historical sites.

Finding the hotel proved difficult and there was no direct parking that allowed guest to check in and take luggage to room. The king bed room was very spacious , clean and comfortable, but located on the first floor away from reception and the other rooms.

Overall experience with this hotel was ok. It’s my first time in Florence so I’m not sure what other hotels are like. But this one is a lot better than what I had in Milan and cheaper. The room is quite spacious. Bathroom is a bit awkward but it’s ok. A lot of the things in the room are very basic but I guess if you want to experience the authentic Italy apartment, this can be the one. The hotel team is really helpful, always in contact even tho I was arriving very late in the evening. This is actually a plus. Location wise, quite convenient, restaurant/bar downstairs, but it’s actually not noisy. Close to the train station as well.
