"Fantastic location, very close to Akasaka station/Asaka Mitsuke Station and easy to take Ginza line to Shibuya/Shinjuku and other areas. Room was great - enough space for 2 with 5 luggages. Customer service - very welcoming and rooms were promptly cleaned. Would definitely stay here again if I come back! "

"Really good stay at this hotel. Very easy to get to in Tokyo, and very large. Nice main area as well. We had a three person room which was large enough to accommodate three people easily. The wardrobe could have been larger - perhaps a second one somewhere? Additionally, the bed closest to the window didn't have any charging/wall plugs which is an oversight. Bathroom was well stocked and clean, although a definite smell of urine. I liked the addition of the TV speaker being able to be turned on while in the bathroom. Cleaning staff were superb - massive thanks to them. Especially for finding my missing AirPod! All in all, a really good hotel and one that I was sad to leave. "

"The New Otani Tokyo is always our Goto hotel in Tokyo. It is great to come back to this hotel after a busy day of shopping and visiting different attractions, as it is very calm a relaxing. This hotel is walking distance away from the subway and many dining options we love this facility. They are really consistent with the up keep and the service. Their breakfast options are excellent. I will be back in a few months."
