"Very nice place. Had problems with the air conditioner not working very well. I bought a fan to help cool the room. Breakfast was good."

"Best first hotel we could’ve stayed at, visiting Japan for the first time. We were a group of 7. We caught the airport limousine bus from Narita airport direct to Tokyo Bay Ariake Washington Hotel which is a short 5 minute walk to Double Tree, easily done with a carry on and checked luggage. DoubleTree is literally right next to a station with a line that goes directly to Tokyo Station (easy to get to everywhere else from here), Shibuya and Shinjuku Station (especially good if you want to...

"Loved the experience staying"

But housekeeping felt quite limited e.g. during a 9-day stay, I don’t think my room was vacuumed and used teacups were not cleaned/replaced. The hotel did generally smell of...

"Wonderful stay. Clean rooms. Lovely shower and bath. Well maintained property. Location is in a usually quiet neighborhood, unless there’s an event next door at the stadium. Rooms are soundproof either way."

"Room is clean . Hotel is easy access to Tokyo station"

"Ensuite laundry was great, friendly staff."
