"Staff was great. My 3 star rating is only because there were no sign ups left when arriving for the 3PM check-in. Without this, for the sauna or infrared room; it leaves you to be "stealing time" where you can..(also feels a bit absurd for the rate you pay.) I had to scramble out of one solo sauna after first finding it empty, because a couple had booked it, and they told me they were also booked for the infrared (double dipping also leaves others without.) Feels unfair for another guest to contend with this. I used the "unscheduled" sauna by the pool, as suggested, which was pretty much always either in use, or had to be shared, ( in concept this is fine for me--but again, would have been nice if I had an opportunity to book my own time, to actually get that.) Food was fantastic. Kitchen has it going on. Although there was no coffee left after my sauna at 9:30AM, I asked & they very nicely got me a cup:) Pool is essential. There's also a hole in the floor of the cabin where the ac duct has to go out, but has an ill fit; I would suggest to property to consider customizing a small plug/screen/something around the duct there (so critters can't just climb in) and it would be a nice detail touch.. I will solve most of this next time by getting a bigger room & arriving earlier. I just worry that's part of the push (buy bigger, spend more.) Loved the meditation hut & apart from these details, had a very lovely time overall, thank you! "

"Nice, comfortable, clean, well-maintained place for a couple’s getaway or on your own. Up the street from restaurants, cafes and bars and literally around the corner from a moderate loop hike, so the convenience is great. The kitchen is really just for coffee and snacks with a small dorm fridge—time for a new one, the freezer melted the ice cream—but not a place to cook a meal just make toast and have a yogurt. "

"The room is always clean and tidy. The hot tub in the room was nice as well. The staff are always nice. Hopefully they will add more items to their stores. I feel that the breakfast should be open longer."

"Staff was super sweet. But there should be some sort of service to take you to your room/bring you up to the main lodge for dinner. Maybe a front desk person with a golf cart. Pretty dangerous to walk down that path alone at night in the dark after some drinks at dinner. Otherwise, very chic and comfortable. "

"Incredible home, incredible host! We enjoyed a weekend at Pine Hill to snowboard at nearby Belleayre. Coming back to this home, we enjoyed the sauna, hot tub and lovely fireplace(s). Comfortable for groups. "

"The room was clean. Check in was easy. It has a main inn and the chalet behind the inn. The inn has the smaller rooms and a pub where you can have dinner and just hang out. "
