"My family and I loved the hotel. It was clean, quiet, and staff was very friendly. Will definitely book here again."

"It’s all good! 😎"

"I reserved three rooms for my whole family to visit LEGOLAND. We really liked the hotel and the breakfast. The breakfast staff were very hard working keeping all the guests fed!!! Although the young gentleman at the reception desk was very friendly and helpful, the two ladies were rude and unhelpful. One even asked me what kind of vehicle I drove after I paid the $13.00 for parking. It is none of her business!!! The morning of checkout the other lady was too busy to offer much help and say...

"Always nice people and clean room. Thank you."

"The breakfast was extensive and delicious. The gym was well maintained and clean. Always a joy to stay here, and we will be back."

"The property was just fine. We were under the impression from the description that it was within walking distance of restaurants and bars. It was not we were in providing and couldn’t rent a car so we had to Uber everywhere and that was not convenient for what we were expecting. If you’re wanting someplace, you can walk to restaurants or bars or even a convenience store. This is not the hotel for you our air conditioner worked, which was great because it was unusually warm however it sounded...

"This hotel is very dated, with small upgrades made to rooms to make them tolerable. Our AC was noisy, there was no vent in the bathroom (had to open a small window), and the room had an unpleasant smell. I had to kill a spider crawling on the wall. Whoever was staying above us walked around loudly until at least 1am each night, which made it very difficult to sleep because we could hear everything through the paper thin walls and ceilings. Positives included fairly comfortable beds, no parking...

"Property has come good amenities but some of them were not working like the elevator, the hot tubs and the mini golf. The hotel will call you the day off and tell you they don’t have your room available because a “pipe burst” and try to put you in a different room. We had the 2 bedroom reserved and they put us in two separate rooms. This has happened to us a few years prior with the same “pipe burst” excuse."

"Place is nice however the hot tub was not working which is the reason I booked the place. A heads up on their website would be helpful. I didnt need the sofa bed but apparently that was also not working? The pool was open but it was dark. All the lights were turned off."
