"Walked into the room which smelt of weed. Broken bed, room looked very run down, scaffolding up outside room window, very noisy night, didnt sleep at all, cost £81 for the night, wish i hadnt bothered"

"Meena on reception was very pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately the car park was closed and the nearby NCP carpark was rather extensive which made the atay much more expensive than I expected. "

"Check in was great. Allowed to the room early. Check out day was not so good. Check out is 12. We were showering and the cleaner knocked and walked in at 10.30 then a maintenance man knocked at 11 wanting to come in. The bar staff were not helpful and no room tab was allowed. Not a smile in sight. Lovely spa area and maintained well. Plenty of towels provided. But only 4 very old saggy loungers. People had to sit on the floor. Room for more or at least some chairs."
