I was given a basement room. No windows, no natural light, no natural fresh air. The mattress was upside down, and when I put it the right way up I found terrible stains on both sides of the mattress. The air conditioning would only reduce to 19° making the room incredibly warm and stuffy. No tea and coffee facilities provided, you had to go back to reception to get a drink. I paid for 2 nights but could not stay the second night so checked out and went home. Staff at reception were friendly though and this very poor review has no reflection on them. Not only will I never book in again, but will never recommend Easy Hotel

Room was very small. Could have used a couple of coat hooks and a small fold out stool for my case. Got a nasty shock very early one morning when getting out of bed to find the room flooded. Staff did move me to a dry room but not what I really want to be doing at 5am. Other than that bed was clean and comfy, shower worked and water was hot. Close to a convenience store open until 11pm and good bus service close by as well.

Window didn’t open, room was stuffy so my partner couldn’t sleep, even with the air con on. Bathroom door was basically see through and had massive gaps at the side like an American public toilet. One towel provided for 2 guests. Cleaner opened the door whilst knocking even tho we had late check out (why bother knocking if you’re just going to open it anyway straight away?) and then knocked on twice more before late check out was finished. They also incentive you by giving you free late check out ( usually £20) if you leave a review - which they asked us to do upon arrival and before even sleeping in the room. Get what you pay for i guess but do not recommend. Pay a bit extra to have a decent and uninterrupted night sleep 👍
