"This is a nice hotel with much larger rooms than the usual for Europe. It's convenient in that it is connected to Heathrow Terminal 4 via an enclosed walkway. The room was well furnished and comfortable. Our only issue was that they gave us only 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel for 2 people. The onsite restaurant food was good and reasonably priced for a hotel."

"Solid “downtown” place to start a vacay… we were 3 days here - then Scotland then Ireland. We did some of the usual suspects here like St James park; Buckingham guards; the London Eye. All within walking distance. Add the breakfast and meet Fay and Rachel - two staff members with kindness and personality to spare! It’s a downtown hotel - but these 2 humans made it memorable in a great way. For food there’s stuff right across the pedestrian street - or head over a few blocks to the Waterloo...

"It was very clean, staffs very helpful and it was close to everywhere and tube station just a walking distance but if there is no sign of the hotel it will be a little bit confusing, waterloo station is very nearby and could be reached by walking and there are plenty of restaurant and we could walk to london eye and under the bridge which an iconic famous graffiti"
