"We had no heating in our room (6) the first night there Friday. It was so cold we put our coats on the bed, early hours of Saturday morning, spoke to a lovely lady at reception, & within 30 mins there was someone there to sort it for us, so thank you. It was our 2nd stay there this year, entertainment was really good Shirley bassey was fantastic, food is always beautiful, so thank you once again for a lovely stay, be back in the new year. "Warm welcome from the check in staff. Fast check in. Had buffet dinner which was excellent value for money. Breakfast was very good - plenty of choice and good quality food. Room was a little dated but perfectly adequate. Mattress was a little springy but not uncomfortably so. Found all staff friendly and helpful. All in all a pleasant stay."
