"Between the time of booking our reservation and the time of travel, the hotel changed names and lost our reservation even though I had booking confirmation. The front desk lady that we got was super helpful. But everybody else we saw at the counter was rude to the customers they were assisting. The continental breakfast that was included was subpar. Bagels, bread and cinnamon rolls were all stale. And both the Turkey sausage and pork sausage had a weird chemical taste."

"I stayed at another location (Motel Six Camp springs) for 2 days. I would never go back there and spend $1.00. I got here by the Grace of God. It is Heaven to ME. The staff, especially, the manager, he personally helps his guests, when he's available. I can go out on the patio in the am and have my conversation with God without any distractions. It's so serene and peaceful..I love it!"

"The property is a good 15 minute walk to the Metro Train Station. A straight walk right to the train station. The neighborhood is safe and street parking was available right by the property. The price point is excellent and the property is convenient for 2 people to stay in. All convenience is there if you want to buy groceries and cook for yourself and your guests."

"We stayed here during a stressful time while my daughter recovered from surgery, and the host was incredibly kind and thoughtful throughout our stay. She checked in to see how our daughter was doing, which we truly appreciated and will remember. The home itself was very clean and well cared for indoors.One thing we did find a bit disappointing at first was the outdoor patio area, which was one of the features that drew us to the listing. Initially, the weeds were quite overgrown and the patio furniture needed cleaning, so we weren’t really able to use the space for relaxation as we had hoped. During our stay, the host let us know that new patio furniture was being delivered. The assembly took most of the day and temporarily blocked access to the alley exit.Inside, the home is extremely well stocked and decorated, though for us there was a bit too much furniture and décor, which made the space feel somewhat crowded at times.Overall, this is a very clean place with a genuinely caring host who was responsive and thoughtful during a difficult time for our family."

"I traveled down to DC from Philly for a few days with the hope of hitting the main attractions, touring, and walking around the city. I chose this place because of its close proximity to the bus that would take me down to those areas of DC. I can safely say that the choice of this motel almost ruined my trip. I’ve never stayed at a motel before, so maybe these complaints are misplaced but I just have to let people know what they’re getting into. This motel reeked of cigarettes from the moment I walked in. The room I stayed in had a cigarette smell AND my bedsheet also reeked of cigarettes. Clean clothes that I never wore during my stay there had to be washed upon returning home due to the bad smell of cigarettes on them from being laid on the bed. The place had paper thin walls and you could hear the noises of other people. The front desk was nice and the "
