ve stayed at this hotel before, and my previous experiences have always been very pleasant. From check-in to general support, the staff has consistently been friendly, helpful, and welcoming.
During my most recent stay, the check-in experience was still positive—the front desk staff were polite and professional. However, the checkout experience was noticeably different. The staff at that time were not very friendly, and there was a lack of presence at the desk. Basic customer service and courtesy seemed to be missing.
I also experienced issues with some of the amenities. The internet, which had worked well in the past, was very slow this time. Even streaming short YouTube videos was difficult, as they frequently buffered and stopped midway.
Breakfast was another area that felt below expectations. The hot meal options were quite limited, with only a few items available and minimal variety.
Overall, this stay felt average compared to my previous visits, which were much better. I hope the hotel can address these inconsistencies, as I know from experience that they are capable of providing a much higher standard of service.
