"Employees were wonderful, our room was terrible. Permanent mildew smell in the bathroom, hot despite thermostat reading 66 degrees, not a single usb charger ( not even on the alarm clock). Restaurant was out of half of the menu and liquor and I’ve had better breakfast at quality inn. I thought Hilton was supposed to be quality, but not the case with this hotel. Spent $25 more and a super big upgrade to go to Hyatt"

"Our experience was horrible. We booked only for 1 night and the room beside us, there were 3-4 people talking and laughing the whole night, Since midnight till 8 AM none stop. I called lobby 3 times, and they came to give them notice 2 times. but they weren't listening. It was a horrible night and we both didn't sleep even 5 mints. and in the next morning we went to eat breakfast at the restaurant located in the lobby and although they had at least 6 empty and clean tables they said we should wait at least 20 mints and finally after 30 mints they let us to sit which it was unreasonable. The lady said her manager asked for waiting list and other guests were so upset as well. won't book this hotel anymore."
