"It’s only a short walk from the main Santa Maria Novella terminus, so reduced my stress about train, tram and bus times. Staff were super friendly and welcoming, always smiling and happy to help with anything. The rooms were beautiful, well stocked, clean, bright and big! Great views from all 3 rooms we booked. The late checkout (12pm) was a game changer in terms of maximising our final morning in Florence. "
