It’s a modern, well designed hotel with a friendly staff, great atmosphere and a perfect location. Our room had a wonderful view of Florence and there were several nice restaurants within easy walking distance. We are definitely coming back to Florence and we will stay at the Ruby Bea again.

I really enjoyed my stay. The staff were amazing, super friendly and knowledgeable about the area and things to do. The bar is open 24 hours a day and also serves amazing cocktails and food. The room was quiet and the balcony has a nice view of the Piazza. Unfortunately some ants were coming in from the balcony but otherwise the stay was perfect. Will stay here again!

Loved this hotel. Great rooms and really cool vibe about the place. If arriving in Florence by train just catch the T2 tram to get to the hotel. We walked and it was a bit of a hike in the heat, but more than manageable.

Very nice hotel with a excellent staff. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. Breakfast is perfect with alot of food. Location is 1,5km from the city but with the bus and trams on the front of the hotel it’s easy to go to the city. We loved it!

Very good hotel near the main arras of Florence. Great coffee shop nearby and close to the tram and buses as well as the major sites. Everything worked- air conditioned, bathrooms etc no issues. Recommend this hotel

This was by far, one of the best Hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The staff working the bar/front desk all were exceptionally friendly and Helpful, Marco & Eda stood out with their genuine kindness. We had a great stay at the Ruby Bea. It’s out of the city centre, but still walkable to all of the tourist attractions. Beautiful hotel and helpful staff. We arrived before check in and they found us an available room on the spot. Very easy check in and out. Rooms were modern but still have a modern florence vibe.
