I did not receive one, nor was I told about them.As I was about to walk away, the hostess said she would give me one. It was the same way with water. "The manager, Joe, was very kind and helpful during our stay. Our first room was not in the best condition, probably because the hotel had only reopened a few days after renovation. Joe quickly helped us find a new room, which we really appreciated. "Great place to stay in location that's easily accessible on foot to NoMad, Chelsea, the Village, SoHo and other great downtown areas. Nice vibe, beautiful lobby bar and a Stumptown Coffee location off the lobby. Really enjoyed by weekend here."
