"Yes, very clean they organized and cleaned our room multiple times a day. They could’ve had more restaurants open. Some music down at the pool would’ve been nice. Apparently we went during their lowest season and it was only about 5 to 10% occupied so it was pretty quiet. There was a minor construction that disrupted our afternoon one day with some very loud pressure washers. It’d be nice if they had a club with music and dance floor . but they did upgrade us when we got there to a better room with an ocean view. I was very appreciated of that."

"This is such a beautiful spot. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean and inviting. The restaurant at the hotel has delicious food and there are several other restaurants within walking distance. The area is pretty remote and natural."

"The staff was great, very helpful and accommodating! Two of the staff members went above and beyond! The food was really good. The room wasn’t as clean as I would have liked it. Seemed like the towels and bedding weren’t fresh, they smelled like someone used them. "

"This stay was excellent. The property was as advertised. Clean , modern, and comfortable. There are enough in the way of restaurants, and markets near by. Tamarindo is about 35 mins away. Playa Avellanas is a 5min drive, great place to relax. I would not hesitate to use again. The only downsside was the condition of the road for the last few miles to the development. I assume that will improve as the area continues to development. "

"Owner was amazing. I had a delayed flight and they checked up on me and even gave me a ride from a nearby hotel as I was having a hard time getting Uber rides within Pinilla. Internet was strong and I was able to work remotely without issues during my meetings. The room is comfy and the property is just excellent. Will definitely come back and recommend to friends and family"

"Great House, has everything, 10 min walk to Avellana Beach, The property is only 5 houses, so you are in your private secluded area, the house has 3 room with AC split system, well equipped, Dennis was always there for any question, there is a tree in the back of the house that always have several monkeys jumping or relaxing. Avellana town its a really quiet town, will be back thanks again for this wonderful place"
