"From the moment we booked this home it was 5 star service. Juan Pablo, the home owner, was ready to answer any questions we had concerning booking and the House Manager/Concierge Krysta was a wealth of information. We booked a multi-family vacay for 12 people ages 4yrs to 50’s. We all had a ball! The house is spacious, beautifully decorated and plenty of bedrooms for us all. The huge kitchen was our gathering space most days if we weren’t splashing around in the large pool. From the daily cleaning ladies to the floor to ceiling windows, comfy beds and outdoor entertainment spaces, this house has everything you need for a good time and a luxury experience. Juan Pablo and Krysta were there to greet us and were available for whatever we needed. We had an SUV and Van for transport and it was fun to navigate the Los Pargos neighborhoods. The house sits just footsteps from the beach and to wake to the ocean every morning was truly breathtaking. We arranged a catered welcome lunch and a personal chef experience on our last night with the help of Krysta and she was there to see us off on our last day which was a nice personal touch. This house is great for families , friend groups and girls trips as well. A great option to keep everyone under the same roof. Do yourself a favor and book this home if you’re ready to go to the Tamarindo area."

"Casa Azul is just as advertised. The home is well built and in a peaceful setting. The Owner's caretakers (Lauren and Justin) live just down the same street and are super responsive to needs or questions for guests. We really loved the option of "hiring" the Owner's SUV for the week rather than messing with a car rental company at the airport. We highly recommend booking Casa Azul to prospect guests that like to cook and seek to have the amenities of a house over a resort. The closer, walkable beach access is adequate, but it's a very short jaunt to park at the Playa Junquillal lot to enjoy the waves and sand, too."

"Jarrod and Meaghan, (and their friends - the super nice neighbors!) were so attentive and quick to respond to the couple initial questions we had about the property, then also to all my ongoing questions re the area, etc. It is obvious they care tremendously about their renters, wanting us to have a seamless and wonderful experience. The house is beautiful, howler monkeys overhead daily, pool guy came every weekday and a prefect location. We will definitely rent from them again!"
