"Overall lovely hotel, food was great throughout and pools were so lovely and warm. Rooms were spacious and quiet, and shuttle to the beach was super helpful. Couple of improvements - the tiles around the pooo get super slippy, we saw several kids fall and almost tripped ourselves. "This was our diet last time visiting Mögen and staying at this resort! We had a lovely time. The hotel is easy to locate, does have onsite parking (when my family & I visited was flooded) along with free street side parking, recommended by the hotel staff. Our rental car was completely fine parking on the road. The hotel was very clean, staff super nice & friendly. Our room was wonderful as was the pool. We did not visit the hotel restaurant (always walked to other restaurants) but had their breakfast each day, which was phenomenal! The selection amazing and definitely did not disappoint. The onsite gym is small, but has enough variety to get a good workout in each day if one chooses. The resort is a 5 minute walk to a grocery store, pharmacy, shopping, & other restaurants! Overall, this was a wonderful stay and my family and I would recommend staying here!"

"Property is very clean although it was a little tired. The pool loungers and outside chairs were old with frayed fabric, electrical sockets were loose as were the WC flushes. The TV was old and not a smart TV with the advertised Satellite TV (from a fire stick) not working and not replaced / acted upon by the Agent. The pool is small (as expected) so never used although smelt heavily of chlorine. That said we (4 adults) had an enjoyable holiday. The nearby Spar shop was adequate for essentials and the Hyperdino was a 5 minute drive away as was the excellent sand beach of Okaya Del Amores. The Tauro grill bar also served excellent food whilst we informed by a couple of golfer that the course on which the Villa sits is a good one."

"Lovely villa. Well equipped with everything you need. Area is really quiet. Several heavy ran showers when we were there, which caused the electricity to trip many, many times. This would indicate an issue with one of the external lights. The property manager just said “ I can’t control the rain.” With food in the fridge and freezer this was not helpful. Most of the year the canaries are dry so won’t affect many people, we just didn’t appreciate his attitude. Apart from this our stay was great. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Carmela. The villa is extremely well located; it is only a 15 minute walk from the Tauro Beach. We were also very pleased to have access to two very large heated pools, as well as our own heated pool. Ger, the property manager, was very kind to meet us at the villa upon our arrival and also at our departure. We appreciated very much all the helpful information and support he gave us before our arrival and throughout our stay. . Ger was always available to answer our questions. He responded promptly and with enthusiasm. If you are looking for a golf vacation or simply a quiet spot to relax and enjoy the beach and/or pool, this is the perfect place. Thank you, Ger for making our stay so comfortable! We very much appreciated your calm and warm approach!"
