"Staff Property is amazing location,close to restaurants and shops, unfortunately not enough parking, the pool is nice but too small for the amount of guests with very small area around so not enough long chairs people are on top of each other Staff was very pleasant, rooms are nice we just had issues with Ants."

"The hotel was absolutely stunning. I was arriving late at night past the opening times for dinner and so the staff had prepared a plate of meats cheeses and salad and put it in my room upon arrival. Such a thoughtful gesture that made such a difference! Jorge from the reception staff was amazing and made me feel welcome explaining all the amenities etc. I was in the annex building which was quiet and really clean which was nice to arrive to. I had booked half board and so was paying for drinks the light my stay which were incredibly well priced and honestly cheap, especially for a hotel bar! Sara from the bar was really friendly and made some custom drinks I found online which tasted incredible! When it was time to leave, because my flight was at night, the staff offered free luggage storage, a free shower room to get ready in, and a key card so I could still access the hotel and beach via access gates until I needed to head to the airport. This made all the difference and is such a nice touch that made travelling so much easier. The friendly reception staff were able to call a taxi for me which only took about 5 minutes to arrive and I was able to pay for everything at the hotel, again, such a nice touch to make everything effortless! I can’t recommend this hotel and its staff enough, I will definitely be back!"

"Upon arrival there was a little confusion as to the Hotel being closed and the numbers provided on the doors were of little help as nobody answered. After a caretaker had finally found us at the gate we managed to gain access but as he spoke no English it was all quite confusing. Amidst all the confusion we'd left our passports in the Taxi which I must say the Hotel staff once I was able to speak to them in reception were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to help us locate and retrieve them. The property itself was very nice! Clean, spacious, comfortable! Cleaners every other day The pool quiet and clean, and relatively warm for a none heated pool.. Very quiet and relaxed all round. One small niggle is on Hotels.com there is a deli/snack bar listed but this is not the case. There is a small shop attached to the reception which sells basics and such for in a pinch at reasonable prices! The late 8pm check out option was also a nice touch! Overall, a very nice stay and value for money was absolutely incredible! I'd happily recommend to anyone else. We will absolutely stop here again in the future."

"We stayed at the riosol the staff are so helpful friendly And so nice they could do enough for u on the 3rd day of my holiday my husband suddenly passed away .staff were great translated for us , when police came upgraded us so we didn’t have to worry about anything helped any time we needed it fantastic hotel"
