"Amazing accommodation loved the outdoor space, attentiveness of staff and view was outstanding. Loved the tranquilly but with bus stop very close by easy to get to busy places. All the lovely touches that can make the difference with a holiday cushioned sun loungers, pool towels and a cushion. Amazing pool and food on site was so tasty. Beds very comfortable would definitely return "

"Super Lage mit Blick auf den schönsten Strand im Süden. Shuttlebus zum Strand ist einmal die Stunde kostenfrei am Start. Man sollte wissen das es am Strand weder Liegen noch schattenspendende Schirme auf Hotelkosten gibt. Aber alles ist fair bezahlbar. Auch Taxifahrten vergleichsweise günstig. Die Zimmer sind etwas abgewohnt und könnten eine Renovierung gebrauchen. Sonst insgesamt die erwartet gute Riu Qualität. Personal hervorragend und sehr kinderfreundlich. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Carmela. The villa is extremely well located; it is only a 15 minute walk from the Tauro Beach. We were also very pleased to have access to two very large heated pools, as well as our own heated pool. Ger, the property manager, was very kind to meet us at the villa upon our arrival and also at our departure. We appreciated very much all the helpful information and support he gave us before our arrival and throughout our stay. . Ger was always available to answer our questions. He responded promptly and with enthusiasm. If you are looking for a golf vacation or simply a quiet spot to relax and enjoy the beach and/or pool, this is the perfect place. Thank you, Ger for making our stay so comfortable! We very much appreciated your calm and warm approach!"

"Hotel rooms cleans said 5 days a week only cleaned 2 times "

"The apartment slept 4 (there were2 of us), but we were only given 2 bath and one hand towel. Sofa needed replacing as cover cracked and split. Lift doesn’t work in the rain. Male (manager?) on reception told me to go on line to order takeaway from any site although we found out the restaurant had a take away menu. Large space for 2."

"Just returned from a very enjoyable week, everything was as described and the pictures are a good representation of the property. Our particular favourite was the extensive balcony, which not only had wonderful views but also had a couple of sun beds. We whiled away many an hour here as it remained in full sun until late afternoon.Both the pool and adjacent Cave Bar at the top of the resort we would highly recommend. A very well equipped Spar supermarket is just 5 minutes walk away, with a very good in-store bakery. A further 5 minutes walk and you are at the beach with a very pleasant walk possible to Puerto Rico (round trip taking approximately 2 1/2 hours) If you get the opportunity visit Puerto de Mogán, a picturesque fishing village approx 10-15min in the car or a bus is available from the bottom of the hill (be aware Friday is market day and extremely busy).All in all we would thoroughly recommend a stay here and we would not hesitate to return."

"Terrible. My husband ended up in hospital for 2 nights after eating in the A La Carte. He had prawns, the most likely cause of his acute, rapid onset violent symptoms of D and V with subsequent loss of conciouseness. They deny all and refuse any possible causitive link with his illness. "

"We were sadly disappointed with part of this stay. We travel frequently with Airbnb & Hotels.com. I return to Hotels because normally, we are very pleased. This was not one of those times. Our check-in was very long. We had to hand over passports a few times for they couldn’t find our reservation. We asked for hotel restaurant for some lunch. The gal who helped us check in wasn’t informed that there was indeed a spot we could have more than chips, snacks, as she said. Our room was beautiful with ocean views. Bathroom sink was clogged. I asked twice for it to be fixed. When our room was cleaned they took the dirty towels but forgot to replace them. The hotel info says mini bar in room. There is not one. The service & breakfast buffet is incredible all around. We had a barbecue Dinner one night which was very nice. Staff very helpful & kind. Pool was magnificent. Swam every day. The dinner shows were amazing! Flamenco Dancers were incredible! The vibe is cruise like. The guests were either with young ones or 60+. Overall we wouldn’t return. But, we had a wonderful time overall. The nearby beaches and boat days are a must! They gave us a late check out for our troubles. "
