"Le personnel à l'accueil très sympathique et il y a un emplacement pour mettre en sécurité le vélo. Emplacement de l'hôtel en vieille ville très bien. Le tram passe sous la fenêtre mais ne circule pas la nuit donc ça va."

"الفندق جميل جداً ونظيف وأثاثه حديث جداً ومريح ويصنف بأنه من فئة 4 نجوم ولم نواجه أي مشكلة في السكن فيه, تسجيل الدخول سريع والغرفة التي حجزتها مطلة على البحيرة ولكنها في الدور الأول والعيب فيها هو الإضاءة الخافتة والضعيفة فقط, العيب الوحيد في الفندق هو الموقع حيث أنه يقع بين مدينة فيفي ولوزان المسافة تقريباً ربع ساعة إلى لوزان بالسيارة والمواقف مجانية, يقع على الطريق ولا يوجد بالقرب منه مراكز تجارية أو مطاعم, مقابل سكة القطار حيث انه مزعج بعض الأحيان لكثرة مرور القطار, فمن يريد السكن فيه يجب عليه...

"Very well facilitated hotel with friendly staff. Excellent location for the Christmas market with fantastic views from the room. There’s also lots of eating options close by. The hotel also has a free hot drinks and light snacks station to use during your stay. We brought the wrong travel adaptor with us thinking the usual EU adapter would work but the staff were very helpful and provided us with a plug for a deposit which was removed after it was returned. "
