Convenient location, easy to find the hotel, located near the train station and the city center. Nice staff. Fast check-in at the reception, a small treat in the hotel lobby. Clean, liked the towels and bed linen, large TV screen, WiFi.there are thick curtains for a good night's sleep in the dark. We booked two beds separately, we had to move them apart ourselves. The room was above the roof of the first floor and it was noisy from the working motors of the equipment. The air conditioner did not work in the room. There was only soap, but no shampoo and conditioner. There was a coffee machine in the room, but there were no cups and coffee capsules. No refrigerator. I would like a kettle and hooks in the bathroom.

Clean room, convenient location to train station. Air conditioner made awful loud noise off and on all morning (and it was off), so there was no sleeping in. Told someone at the desk, said they would send someone to look at it. We ended up checking out, told the front desk again- for the poor souls who get that room next. They were uninterested. Aside from that yhe hotel was mediocre. Stay elsewhere if possible.

Really bad experience, it says free parking, but very limited, we have to pay for public parking areas. They forgot to put Body wash and shampoo in the bathroom, I wanted to call them, but the phone doesn’t work in the room. The invoice they give to me is totally different than I booked! I booked a stay at campanile Martigny for a room for 4 (room 603) to realise that the entire staircase, corridor and room smell strong cigarette. I am currently in the room with newborn child and a kid - this is unacceptable as the smell remains. I am looking for a management gesture I couldn’t sleep neither my kids and yet we have a stay in this hotel for two nights. Can you help in either arranging full refund or any other gesture?
