"The checkin was super nice and quick. We like quiet rooms and ours was perfect, at the end of the hall, windows facing outside view but not a street. The hotel is on a quet street that feels very safe. The room is very modern, two options of memory foam pillows and a very good mattress. The shower is really great and the bathroom is new and modern. There is a constantly running fan in the bathroom but it cannot be heard when the bathroom door is closed. "Staff were super lovely, we were greeted by a very enthusiastic and full of character Giovanni who made us feel welcome. The place is very well kept, breakfast had a surprisingly wider variety of food for a continental breakfast, and is in a nice quiet part of Florence that is still accessible to the city centre. There are also some roaming cats around that became joyful to spot throughout our stay - thoroughly recommend this hotel!"
