We stayed in a quadruple room with four single beds. Three of the beds had decent mattresses, but one bed had a horrible mattress where the springs actually stuck into your back- We notified the hotel about this and hope that they change the mattress so that no one else has a sleepless night. The breakfast was good, but not fancy. The hotel has an excellent security system so you feel safe. The area is very walkable to all of the sites And 20 minute walk to the train station. All in all other than the bad mattress on the bed, it was a good place to stay for the price

I booked the hotel for 2 weeks because I was taking a course in Florence. The hotel is simple, but in general things work well and the people who work there are kind. Breakfast is fine and the elevator works well.

An extremely noisy location as the residents and tourists party until 4AM. Lots of construction and trash vehicles all night long. Very old hotel that hadn’t been updated. However, only a couple blocks from the Duomo and other sites so location was great- if you aren’t planning on getting much sleep.

Clean room, good staff but not good breakfast. They would take their sweet time to replenish the breakfast, especially eggs, and then tell you that they didn’t have it anymore. I would not stay in this hotel again.
