"Perfect spot to stay as we dropped our son off at Uni. Helpful, friendly staff and clean rooms"

"The hotel is in an excellent location close to all Newcastle has to offer. Throughout our stay staff were kind, helpful and seemed happy to greet their guests. The room was comfortable and well maintained by cleaning staff with good quality toiletries. Coffee, tea, biscuits and cartons of water were replenished daily. Breakfast was plentiful with a large menu of cooked to order items which were well presented and of good quality. Breakfast staff worked extremley hard replenishing, clearing...

"Overall the hotel room was clean and did the job but the room was very tired. Furniture was damaged and stained. Facilities in the main reception again was basic but provided all we needed. "The room was good for what we wanted. Our only issue was that we were not told at check-in that we had to request our room to be cleaned after our 1st night"

"This is the 2nd time I’ve stayed here, can’t fault it at all, Rooms clean and cleaned every day, bar and food in pub and pizza place attached very good. I had duck tacos and sweet potato fries twice that’s how good they were. Pizza was also good and very filling. Plenty of car parking, all staff were lovely and helpful."

"Excellent attentive staff very clean room no faults"

"Clean rooms, decent gym, and 5 min walk from the train station. Highly recommend."

Breakfast was buffet style, high standard. You can order fresh orange jucie, waffles, pancakes, poached eggs from the waiters. The room was in good size and clean. One...
