"I would not recommend staying at this hotel. While the location is excellent and the lobby creates a positive first impression, the guest rooms are in very poor condition.
Our room was not clean upon arrival and had a noticeable odor. There were mystery stains on multiple surfaces, holes in the walls and flooring, stained and damaged curtains, and an unattractive view. I don't mind a small New York City hotel room, but I do expect it to be clean and well maintained.

"I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was much smaller than expected, making it uncomfortable for a longer stay. In addition, the housekeeping service was below standard. The staff seemed to focus only on cleaning the bathroom, while the rest of the room was often left untouched and not properly cleaned.
Overall, the room size and poor housekeeping significantly affected my experience, and I do not feel that the hotel met the standards I expected."

"The location was perfect. It's a clean hotel. You have to add breakfast to your reservation; otherwise, you can't request it. Breakfast isn't a buffet; they give you a few options. The room has a refrigerator. The problem was that they charged me $500, claiming they detected smoke in the room. Nobody smoked in the room. I called for over two weeks to dispute the charge. They answered a month later, saying they would contact me, but nobody did. Be careful!"

"Park Central Hotel is great if you need to be in that location. New York has so much to offer wherever you are. I had stayed at a nearby property in February and wanted to try something different, and I'd probably go back to that hotel as the rooms were substantially much much larger."

"Got a corner room and thought I would be able to see out 2 sides but there was only a window on 1 side.
