"飲食店やコンビニが隣接しているのが便利"

"Reservé una habitación para fumadores por error y no me cambiaron de cuarto cuando llegué. Todo el piso y mi cuarto olían a cigarro y yo no fumo. Pongan atención al reservar para que no les pase."

"Excellent"

"Room was clean and bed was comfortable. I accidentally dropped something behind the toilet and when I went to retrieve it, it was evident that area had not been cleaned recently. Otherwise, comfortable stay. I did get in late and they were very few food options – the 7-11 in the airport had limited choices. This is my only complaint. Otherwise, amenities were great and location cannot be beat for convenience to the airport."

"Nice hotel. Ten minute walk to Ikebukuro Station, Restaurants and shopping in the adjacent Sunshine 60 mall, plus others within walking distance."

"Clean good location and quiet."

"We loved our stay at Oimachi Tracks. Very convenient for Shinkansen out of Shinagawa. The shopping area below the hotel has lots of restaurant choices. The breakfast offered by the hotel was delicious. Our rooms were very comfortable and quiet. They could have been a bit larger, but certainly not a dealbreaker."

"This is a very large hotel, and it can be difficult to navigate. Check-in is self-service, which I did not expect given the size and price of the hotel. Travelers from Europe or the United States should also be aware that bed sizes and terminology can be different in Japan. A double bed may feel smaller than expected, so confirm that you are getting a queen-size bed if space is important to you. I also found the mattress quite firm compared with many other hotels I have stayed at. Internet...

"Clean room. Nice staff. The breakfast is extra but well worth it."

"The hotel itself was clean and very well maintained. Location was super convenient. Loved the fact that it's connected to the Shimbashi station underground, although the signage in the underground shopping area wasn't the greatest, and it took us quite some time to find our way the first time. Overall we're very happy with this hotel. Our only complaint was with housekeeping--We had our room cleaned every other day, and they didn't do a good job. No vacuuming of the carpeted floors, and even the...

"Rooms were clean and the staff was excellent. Room did not have any dresser or shelves for clothing and it was difficult to keep our clothing organized."

"This property was perfect for our trip to Tokyo as a family of four. (Kids aged 9 and 11). It was close to Disney, and very close to the subway line. The hotel is beautiful. Everything was in perfect condition. It was quiet and comfortable. The breakfast buffet can’t be beat with so many amazing options to choose from. I would definitely go back to this hotel."

"Great hotel, great view, great breakfast. Only thing is that put room was quite small, very nice, but really small."

"Attractive clean hotel in a central location."
