"Location is great and quiet with a train station very close to the hotel. As a solo female traveller, I felt very safe throughout my stay. The room was small but perfect for one person, with everything I needed. The bed was comfortable, and excellent water pressure. I experienced racism during my stay, and when I tried to explain the situation to the manager on duty, she didn’t understand one thing - she did was nod, without offering any real response or support and this was on my birthday too!...

"住房舒適，洗衣間付費方式應該更多元"

"New hôtel, fantastic view from the top bar. Nice rooms, easy access from the station. I love th everything although some people may think ut is a bit far from some locations in Tokyo. For me and my group it was perfect. Around the hotel The new Oimachi tracks and outside steps away many true Japanese restaurants."

"Great service!"

"Todo muy bien. El desayuno espectacular"

"ホテルはキレイで 朝食ブッフェもたくさんの 種類があり美味しかった。 併設している温泉が 少し遠いのが残念。"

"Hotel designed for conferences. Tourism = sideline."

"Everyone was so helpful to me and my family. I had many questions and they helped with all of them. The Hotel is located so close to all kinds of different activities, and a 5 min walk to a train station. The breakfast was worth every penny, such a big assortment. The rooms were so spacious and clean. Every staff member was so polite, made us feel at home. 10/10 would definitely stay here again."
