"Beautiful hotel and an amazing city. Will definitely be returning. Was greeted with a "birthday breakfast" the first morning and the staff continued to be friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The buffet in the evening was delicious and varied and again, the staff in the nights were very attentive and friendly and gave us sone useful tips on day trips outside of Vienna. Highly recommend this hotel - walking distance from airport and trains into city. Can't wait to return"

"Enjoyed my stay at this property. Staff was very nice and professional. The room was clean and comfortable. The station is right next to the main train station in Vienna so it is a good options if you want to travel to other nearby cities or countries. Would stay again."

"The location is excellent, with the train station and Aldi within walking distance, making it very convenient. Unfortunately, everything else was disappointing. The hallways had a very unpleasant smell, and we had to cover our noses every time we walked to our room. The rooms were very cramped and did not feel clean or hygienic. The ceiling wasn't even properly painted, and there were odd pink markings and writing on it, which made the room look poorly maintained. The air conditioning was also...

"Room was clean and in a decent location. About an hour walk to the river and main old town of Vienna . It the line underground subway was amazing and was only 1-2 blocks away. I would not rate this a 4 star hotel because of the lack in room amenities. No fridge, no coffee machine or tea, not iron or ironing board. The bed was comfortable but the curtains let in too much light- zero black out. I would not rate any hotel above 3-3.5 stars without amentities such as room fridge and coffee...

"Very convenient for sightseeing, shopping and good food options. We loved opening the large windows to hear the “clop-clop-clopping” sounds from the hooves of the carriage horses. Will stay here again."
