"The room was nice. It was small. It didn’t have a microwave, and the hallways had a smell it was very convenient from where we wanted to be. The staff was very nice and helpful for directions to get us to the riverwalk and the restaurants."

"Room was old. Some mold in shower. Hotel staff was great, but this is not a modern feeling hotel and instead felt old and bit worn down. TV not great. The table had stains on it. Bathroom was a tub with a shower curtain. No steamer for cloths. Front desk had no coke or dr pepper, no room service after midnight. I would put this as a 3 star hotel and not 4 star hotel as I'm used to stay in."

"Overall Valencia was great"

"The hotel was beautiful. Very clean and the staff was so helpful and friendly. We will definitely stay again!"
