"The staff were very friendly and helpful. They held our luggage before check in and after we checked out from the hotel so that we could enjoy going to some museums without having to drag our luggage around. The room was spacious and comfortable. It was an easy walk to the underground tube. Great location! Air Conditioning was wonderful."
