"This was the noisiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Both externally and internally from other guests. I was on the 9th floor and it was horrendous so I dread to think how noisy it must’ve been in the lower floors. The bed is very soft and it hadn’t been cleaned properly in the mini fridge was someone’s old reusable water bottle.
I do not recommend if you want a decent nights sleep. The only positive was the location"
"Location is spot on but it’s a tired hotel and our room needed a little TLC, the door handle on the Juliet balcony was broken. The room however was clean and tidy and our room had tea and coffee etc but no water provided. Overall we had a pleasant stay and would stay again if up in that area"

Staff however let the place down terribly. I stood in a queue waiting at reception to check in for over 15 minutes, only for a man to push in front of me and get beckoned forward by the staff. When I objected I was ignored.
I walked away to calm down and have a look around the lobby only to get “can I help you pal?” From a staff member, who then told me to “get back to the desk then” when I explained.

"For the price it was good. The food was a little limited and while there is room service it only runs to 9:30 so not the best. Staff were lovely, although the barstaff were yoing and inexperienced clearly not knowing what goes onto what cocktails etc... I would consider staying again, but probably only if there was an offer on"

"The room was clean and tidy, however when we stayed last year we had bottles of water in our room but this was not the case this time, I brought my own last year but didn't this year as I thought that bottles of water would be in our room. I also requested an extra pillow as the 2 pillows I had were flat, reception made a note of this but the pillow never arrived.
