"Not a great experience only stay at this hotel for the ev charger and again it wasn’t working. Had to charge elsewhere which took a lot more time and money to sort. Already frustrated with the charger not working the bathroom door that wouldn’t open or close, the TV on this occasion wouldn’t cast, and the hot and cold water tap for drinks in the corridor wasn’t working, the room also had an odd shell on arrival. Really not a great experience at all. I did mention the above on departure but...

"We were here for a party, the room was very nice and the food was very good. We had a drink and met friends in the bar before hand, there was a friendly and relaxed atmosphere in there and the staff were helpful and friendly. We had a lovely breakfast and there was plenty of choice. We didn't use the spa but it looked busy and inviting."

Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with my stay. The hotel feels very dated and considering the price, I expected a much better standard of accommodation and facilities. There were also several issues with the room. The ground-floor window would not lock, which was concerning from a security point of view. "Property nice a little out dated for a Hilton hotel though.
The swimming pool was nice a warm.
The only problem we had really was we didn’t sleep very well due to the noise level through the corridor, the door let light in through the edges as big gaps and we was right near too a corridor door which kept banging through the whole night and stupid guest playing knock a door run or in our case kick the door!"
"Beautiful hotel! Sits on a golf course - wide, open spaces. Great walks among peaceful settings. Buildings were beautiful and well maintained. Staff very friendly and helpful. Restaurant on site was excellent. Teens enjoyed the spa/pool/hot tub area.

Telephone attendant have no idea when their reception open/closes.
They told us the checkin is open until 12AM and when we reach at 11:30, there was no one - they locked and went home.
Their emergency number is another joke, don’t expect anyone will help you in case of emergency at night.
We cancelled our trip and went back."
"Lovely location and perfect for visiting lots of great areas in the Cotswolds. Accomodation was clean, spacious and comfortable. Good food and friendly, helpful staff. Would definitely recommend."
