"We had a delicious afternoon tea, with an amazing view from the bar area. The room was extremely comfortable and, in spite of the very hot weather, we both slept well. My only criticism would be that the bath was very deep and difficult to get into to use the shower."
"We stayed at The Green Man after a half day canoeing on the Wye at Symonds Yat. Great location. Check in was really easy and the staff were really friendly and welcoming. The room was great , bed was comfy and had an iron, tea/coffee making facilities with a good range of tea/hot chocolate.
Parking is aplenty and we had dinner in the restaurant, which was excellent - all four of us cleaned our plates and were really happy with what we ordered.

"This hotel has a lovely outside seating area with easy access for some of the rooms. Breakfast is lovely with lots of choice. Our room no8 was perfect for both of us and our dog. Lovely bed, towels and shower etc"
"The Malvern is a hotel run around a health club and spa. The best feature is its restaurant which is modern and serves good food. The spa itself has a nice and warm indoor / outdoor pool but the facilities are dated and tired. The rooms are very tired, think 1970’s travelodge, and in desperate need of an upgrade. Staff pleasant."
"We stayed here one night whilst on our hiking trip. The location of the property is literally on the trail, so it allows you to split the hike trail intro two days. However, there are no shops nearby, only a petrol station which closes at 8PM.
We booked a cosy room. The room itself was fine, clean, however we did notice quite a few spiders about in the room and bathroom.
The restaurant is where this property shines: the food was excellent, and it gets quite busy. We barely managed to get a table...
"This hotel is absolutely 5 star the owners and staff are so friendly and helpful and cannot do enough for you. The rooms are soo beautiful and comfortable such attention to detail. As a vegetarian I had the vegetarian breakfast it was soo tasty I had it two days in a row I can honestly say I have never had such a good breakfast at a hotel before. Again the same goes for the evening meals. I recommend this hotel 100%. Location is perfect for discovering Ludlow and surrounding villages."
"Lovely old pub in beautiful location, excellent breakfast, with home made preserves. The dinner menu looked very exciting but sadly we were dining elsewhere. Staff most helpful, carrying luggage and providing information. There is an onsite brewery!

"The staff were really helpful, both when booking and on arrival. The lady who dealt with our booking gave very useful information about the centre. We travelled from Sussex on the day and our parking was available on arrival and accessible at all times.

"Comfortable bed, beautiful views from bedroom (room 1), garden breakfast room and garden. Excellent breakfasts, lots of choice, caring friendly hosts and staff. Great location for walk into town, along river and to nearby pub/restaurant. We loved the comfy lounge with honesty bar. Hope to go back in the future."
