I had notified the hotel it was my boyfriends birthday so we received 3 birthday cards in total from the main hotel W restaurant staff and the spa. We had a lovely relaxing two days stay and will definitely be coming back. Would also like to mention the guest relations manager think his name was Craig but he was amazing and very accommodating...

"Had a very nice stay, complimentary late check out (do ask) was great as clocks went forward. Spa was great and not too busy, they are undergoing renovation and made this very clear. View of the lake which was excellent and staff were friendly and laid back. Did not eat here so can’t comment on that."
