"As a family we have stayed at this hotel a number of times now, as it is a great stop off point for us on the way to Cornwall.
The staff are very helpful and polite, the hotel itself is very clean and spacious, and the swimming pool, whilst being small, is a great attraction for us.
The only thing I would say is that if you want dinner in the restaurant then it is imperative that you reserve a table ahead of time, otherwise it will likely be fully booked."

"Need air con in the rooms. Staff were so helpful & accommodating. Pillows are not good. I feel use of pool & sauna would be better as included in night stay as I didn’t want to pay £15 each for a quick dip & sauna.

"I had an overall pleasant stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Cheltenham. The hotel is set in a lovely, peaceful location with beautiful grounds, making it a relaxing place to stay while still being conveniently located for Cheltenham and the surrounding Cotswolds.

"Staying on db&b basis for one night to break a journey, my expectations were not high. However I was wrong! The very ancient pub is just by the Abbey and it is welcoming and our room was very clean if a bit dated. Bath & shower worked well (loads of VERY hot water!) and the bed was comfy. Electrical points in odd spots, but probably practicalities dictated.
